OCIANA
Translation
By ʾys¹ son of ʿm son of S²mt. And he pastured some sheep and watered as a guest of the tribe of Ḫms¹ so O Bʿls¹mn [grant] a change of circumstances but sorrow to him who {effaces} this writing!
