Transliteration
l l{s²}b b[n] ----{y}---- qs¹bn bn mr
Translation
By {Ls²b} {son of} ----{y}---- Qs¹bn son of Mr

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
NSR: l s²b bn --- qs¹ bn bnmr. H unp.: -y- for ---; possibly qs¹bn for qs¹ bn see qs¹b or qs¹r ?.
Commentary
There are two lines at the beginning and presumably they should both be read as l. It is possible that the letter read as {s²} is a f and the letter read as {y} might be a ṯ.
