OCIANA
Translation
By Ġyrʾl son of ʾnʿm son of Rfʾt of the lineage of Ḥẓy and he wrote [this] and sheltered (here) against the heat and his sheep were enclosed and restrained in the sheepfold of the lineage group of S¹lm
