Translation

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
SIT: w lh ---- "and ----" at the end. JMAA VIII p.3: wlh ʾ---- "He has wailed" at the end.
Commentary
It is possible that the letters at the end should be divided up as suggested by SIT w lh and translated as "to him [belongs]". There is an ʾ following the h and then after a gap possibly a s² and a b but they are not very convincingly drawn.
