Transliteration

l ʾbgr bn zbd ḏ- ʾl frṯ w ḫrṣ l{s²}{ḥ} {f} {h} {l}t ġnyt w s¹lm w nqʾt l- ḏ ḫbl w ġnmt l- ḏ dʿ[y]

Translation

By ʾbgr son of Zbd of the lineage of Frṯ and he was on the look-out for {ls²ḥ} so, O Lt [grant] abundance and security and [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever would scratch out [the inscription] and [grant] booty to whoever {reads [it] aloud}
