Translation
By Ḥds² son of S²hbn son of Grf son of Ṯfnt son of Mʿn son of Rfd son of Ḫlf son of Tm son of ʾfl son of Rby son of ʿṯy son of Bnwd son of Yḫld and he was alone (suffering) from grief and so O Lt and Ds²r [grant] abundance

Commentary
The term ʾḫ should probably be understood as cognate with Classical Arabic ʾaḫḫ- (Lisān, 35), a term referring to the pain felt from grief, certainly based on sound symbolism (Al-Jallad, OCIANA, 24-11-2024).
