SIJ 76 reads this with that text as bġmdnrwdr
Commentary
The letter-forms of this text are quite different from those of SIJ 76 (most strikingly ġ but see also r and l). Winnett reads the first and last letters as b and l respectively but they are simply hooked l's. There is no trace of a n after the b and it is tempting to suggest that the author wrote nb for bn. However both the names ġmd and ġmdn are attested, so this can be no more than a hypothesis.
