- In chiselled letters on the same face as 3 and 5. It is difficult to make sense of this. Perhaps someone practising his letters. The lower curve on the b may have been added and the loop on the n is probably accidental. The final sign could also be a f.

- A low cairn approximately 1.5 km due south of the island with Al-Namārah fort and approximately 0.5 km south of the track leading from Al-Namārah to Zalaf going through the Khabrā.
