Translation
By Bddh son of ʾyl son of Ḏr son of ʾs¹wr and he kept watch for Dn so, let there be relief, O ʾLt

Consider the possibility that h ʾlt = h hʾlt (equivalent of O Allāt)

Unfortunately, the Safaitic Epigraphic Survey Programme was unable to locate the site of Qabr Nāṣir and it does not appear in Geonames.
