Translation
By S¹ʾb son of ʿwḏn son of Ẓnʾl son of S¹krn son of Ṣbḥ son of Qs²m son of S¹ry and he found the traces of his companions and was sad. So, Lt [grant] security to him who leaves this inscription [untouched]
