Transliteration: l lkm bn s²ḥdd {b}{n} ẓʿn {b}{n} mnt bn wʾ{l}t bn ʾs¹ w wgm ʿl- mʿyr w ʿl- ʾs¹ w ʿl- {r}ḍwt w ʿl- s¹r ḏ- ʾl ----ʾ w bny ʾ- nfs¹ w s¹tr
Translation: By Lkm son of S²ḥdd {son of} Ẓʿn {son of} Mnt son of {Wʾlt} son of ʾs¹ and he grieved for Mʿyr and for ʾs¹ and for {Rḍwt} and for S¹r of the lineage of ----ʾ and he built the memorials and a shelter

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus: BRCM: bn bnẓgn for {b}{n} ẓʿn; bn ʾmnt for {b}{n} mnt; ḏ- ʾl bs¹ʾ for ḏ- ʾl ----; Translation: "For Lkm son of S²hdd son of BnẒʿn son of ʿmnt son of Wʾlt son of ʾws¹ and I grieve for Mʿyr and for ʾws¹ and for Rḍwt and for Sr from the Bsʾ tribe and I built gravestones and I concealed them (with stones)".
Commentary: A photograph of this stone was also published in Bikai 2005: 4. There are two areas which have been hammered over, one the third bn and the other the lineage name. It is impossible to see why Bikai read the third name as bnẓʿn. The ʾ of ʾnfs¹ is most likely a definite article rather than an indefinite plural form (cf. HaNSB 307)

Associated Signs: A line of 7 dots between the first and second lines of the text, with two extra dots to the right of the line which are presumably accidental.
