Interpretation

BRCM: Translation: "For Bll son of Nṣr and for him (I present) a she camel".
Commentary
As very often, the definite article (h-) before nqt has been assimilated to the pronominal suffix (-h) immediately before it. The letters after the final w have been hammered over. A photograph of this stone was also published in Bikai 2005: 5.
