Commentary
The inscription is not clear on the photograph. The b in the second name has a small line protruding from one side making it look like a k. The line crossing the circle which follows comes out both sides making it look like a q and the same is true of the letter after the second name. Bikai says that the "lh is misplaced as if it were added later (2009: 230) and so we have included it here in { }. As very often, the definite article (h-) before frs¹ has been assimilated to the pronominal suffix (-h) immediately before it. A photograph of this stone was also published in Bikai 2005: 5.
