Translation
By {Tm} son of {Nṣr} son of ʿtm son of ʾmlg son of Bnẓʿn son of Bnẓʿn son of Nmr son of Bs¹ʾ and he spent the winter and he built for ʾls¹

Interpretation

Commentary
It is difficult to see the t of the first name on the photograph. It appears that the author omitted his father's name and then carved it beside the two bn's. At the end of the text the author says that he had built over ʾls¹. The l is quite clear but it is tempting to think that it is a mistake given that the other inscriptions at this cairn declare that it was for ʾs¹.
