Translation
By Msk son of ʿlw {son of} Dd son of {Rbʿ} and he grieved for his brother and for Kḥs¹mn and for Rbt his brother who was sick and O Lt [grant] security from Qṣr and O S²ʿy, let there be protection.

Interpretation
