- Macdonald & Al-Najem (2016) commented: "The stone was in the Department of Antiquities collection at Taymāʾ in 1985 when it was photographed by William Facey. On a large slab of sandstone (80 x 58 x 20 cm) inscribed on the flat face which is broken on the left side. The text is carefully chiseled with large letters: l = 16 cm high, ṣ = 18 cm high, m = 20 cm high, d = 21 cm high, and ʿ = 10 cm high. Not previously published".
