Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
Macdonald & Al-Najem (2016) commented: "The stone was in the Department of Antiquities collection at Taymāʾ in 1985 when it was photographed by William Facey. A sandstone stele (104 x 33 x 20 cm). Not previously published. There appear to have been some letters above the first surviving line, but they are too damaged to make out".
Commentary
The wasm is an anchor with a dot on either side of the stem and two short lines descending from the bottom right diagonal.
