Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
Macdonald & Al-Najem (2016) commented: "On a piece of grey sandstone (60 x 28 x 13 cm). The inscription is on one thin side. Not previously published. The second letter has been badly damaged and at first sight looks like a ṯ or s³. However, on closer inspection it seems more likely to have been a ʾ".

Associated Signs
A wasm composed of a back-to-front “L” counterposed with an upside-down one.
