Interpretation

Commentary
The text is carved on an ashlar, like those at Minṭar Banī ʿAṭiyah (see HETay). Between ḫmʿ and nṣr, there is a long vertical stroke which does not resemble a Taymanitic letter and has been taken as a possible word-divider. The {l-} at the beginning of the second line has been almost completely destroyed by an abrasion of the stone and only part of the top is visible.
