Interpretation

Commentary
gm----: There appear to be two letters following the m, but both are covered by damage to the stone. The first letter appears to be circular and the second possibly a n. {ʾ}lh: The ʾ is difficult to read. One end seems to have a circle, so could also be a ṣ, but the name ṣlh is, at the time of writing, unattested.
