Translation
By Frʾ son of Ẓnn son of ʾlwhb son of ʿbṭ is the [drawing of a] young she-camel

Interpretation

Associated Drawings
She-camel (bkrt) with rider. The rider is holding a guiding stick in one hand and a bow and arrow in the other. A small shield is attached to the rider's arm. He sits on the camel's hump but no saddle is visible. The camel's tail is curled upwards and the hairs are visible.
