Translation
By {Bnṣdh} son of Gd

Interpretation

Commentary
bnṣd{h}: The final letter is either a k or h. The stem of the letter seems to curve at the bottom. Upon close inspection this does not seem to be joined to the rest of the letter, so a reading of bnṣd{h} has been given. Neither bnṣdh nor bnṣdk have been attested as names previously. The g of gd could plausibly be a ʿ, but given the size of the letter, a reading of gd is much more likely.
