Interpretation

Commentary
qṭʿ{l}: The final letter looks like a l and is slightly curved like the lām auctoris and the l of hgml. The name qṭʿl has only been found twice before (BES20 11; Is.Mu 263), whereas the name qṭʿn is much more common. Additionally, the name qṭʿn has been found as the son of hgml twenty times previously. Is.Mu 263 does record a qṭʿl bn hgml. It would be impossible to know whether these refer to the same person based upon only two members in the genealogy. Given the shape and size of the letter, a reading of l has been given, but a reading of n is possible.
