Interpretation

Commentary
There is an extraneous mark above the b of bn. The second name is difficult to make sense of and has possibly been vandalised. There seems to be a mark immediately after the n of bn, but it does not seem to be a letter. The next letter is a zigzag line. The damage makes the letter appear to curve around to the n of bn but upon close inspection this seems to be an optical illusion.
