Translation
By ʿqrb son of Mlk son of Whblh son of Mrʾlh son of ʾḥlm son of Ḥgr son of ʿmdn son of Ws¹ʿ son of S¹my son of Lbṣr son of Zdʾl son of {ʾdb} son of ʾs²r and he was burned [by the sun], and there was little [pasture?] and he became weary and so Lt and S²ʿhqm [grant] abundance and [inflict] blindness on whoever scratches out the inscription

Commentary
s¹qr cf. Arabic saqara "it [the sun] burned, scorched" (Lane 1379b); ṣġr he/it became smaller (?) (Lane 1691b); s²ḥṣ "to weary [anyone]" (Hava 354).
