l ġs¹m bn ṯfl bn frʾ bn frq bn s¹lm w wrd h- nqʿt h- frs¹ f h lt ʿwr ḏ- yʿwr h- s¹fr
OCIANA
Translation
By Ġs¹m son of Ṯfl son of Frʾ son of Frq son of S¹lm and he came to water at the swampy ground [or the water gathered in the valley] [and the drawing of] the horsemen [belongs to him]. So, O Lt [inflict] blindness in one eye to him who will obliterate the inscription
