Commentary
This inscription was published as WH 1677 a and 1677 b. It runs round the edges of the stone and in some places is very difficult to make out. We are unable to offer a satisfactory explanation for {h}{w}{g} w nfḍ ʿl-.

Provenance
WH Cairn 21 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
