l wd bn ẓnʾl bn ḫlṣ w wld h- mʿzy f h lt s¹lm
Translation
By Wd son of Ẓnʾl son of Ḫlṣ and he helped the goats give birth and so O Lt [grant] security

Interpretation

Commentary
The author originally carved the goddess's name as lṭ and then corrected it to lt.

Provenance
WH Cairn 21 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
