l nʿmn bn ys¹mʿl bn ṣʿd ḏ- ʾl ḍf w ʾs²rq b- h- ḫl bʿd h- nʿm s¹nt ḥrb h- mlk ʾl s¹bṭt f h lt s¹lm
Translation
By Nʿmn son of Ys¹mʿl son of Ṣʿd of the lineage of Ḍf and he migrated to the inner desert with the horses following the livestock the year the king made war upon the lineage of S¹bṭt so, O Lt, may he be secure.
