Interpretation

Commentary
The text has been badly damaged by the carving of modern Arabic graffiti over it and the hammering over of the ḥ in the second name. This probably occurred after WH made their copy of the text.

Provenance
WH Cairn 21 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
