Translation
By Ġṯ son of ʿḏ son of ʿḏ and he was distraught over his {mother} and {over} his {father} and {over} his {maternal uncle} wtnf---- {S²ʿhqm} [grant] security to whoever leaves [the inscription] intact and [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever scratches [it] out
