Translation
By {S²hṣt} son of S¹ʿd son of ʾqrb son of S¹ʿd son of Ns²ʿʾl son of S²nʾ son of Ḥrb of the lineage of Bwg and {O} {Rḍw} [inflict] blindness on whoever {scratches out} the {inscription} and he was looking out for his {maternal uncles} and so O {Ds²ry} [grant] security
