Translation
By Ṣḥb son of Bʿr son of Zbdʾl son of S²mt and he grieved for his brother struck down by Fate and he returned to water from the inner desert the sheep being emaciated the year the king's caravan starved in sloping ground rising from a valley up to the face of a mountain for two months
