Translation
By Rbʾl son of ʿlg son of ʾnʿm and he camped ---- and so O Lt [grant] {security}

Interpretation

Commentary
The first part of the text has been lightly scratched over and nothing is visible on the photograph between the word ḥll and the beginning of the prayer.
