l ʾs¹ḫr bn ḫdmt bn trml bn s¹ry bn s¹lm f h yṯʿ mḥlt l- ḏ yʿ[w][r h- ḫṭ]ṭ w ḫwf f s¹lm yṯʿ
Translation
By ʾs¹ḫr son of Ḫdmt son of Trml son of S¹ry son of S¹lm and O Yṯʿ [grant] dearth of pasture to whoever {scratches out the carving} and he was afraid and so [grant] security Yṯʿ

Interpretation

Commentary
ʾs¹ḫr bn ḫdmt bn tyml bn s¹ry bn s¹lm is read in WH 313 and it is possible the name third name there should be emended to trml. trml bn s¹ryn occurs in KRS 2873.
