Translation
By Mty son of ----mdlh {son of} Ġṯ son of S¹r son of Ṣbḥ ----s²----t O S²ʿhqm may whoever y---- be ejected from the grave {he grieved} for a friend

Interpretation

Commentary
The rock is partially covered by an encrustation and several of the letters are faint or obliterated.
