Translation
{By} Mrʾ son of ʾs¹ḫr son of S²ḥtr and O S²ʿhqm [inflict] blindness on whoever scratches out [this inscription]

Interpretation

Commentary
The initial l is damaged by abrasions. The last part of the inscription is written on the second face.
