Interpretation

Commentary
There is a line across the fork of the fifth letter. It is thicker than the rest and was probably added later either to change the h to a y or as a simple act of vandalism. If the letter was intended to be a y then it is possible that the text should be read as l s¹lḥy bn yt. There is a line inscribed along the edge of the text.
