l ẓhr bn ḥṭṭ bn ẓhr bn tʾm ḏ- ʾl gr w wgm ʿl- ʿqrb rġm mny f h lt s¹lm l- ḏ s¹ʾr
Translation
By Ẓhr son of Ḥṭṭ son of Ẓhr son of Tʾm of the lineage of Gr and he grieved for ʿqrb struck down by Fate and so O Lt [grant] security to whoever leaves [the inscription] untouched
