l ns²l bn bny w wgd s¹fr ṣʿb f ts²wq f h lt qbll s¹lm w ʿhn b- dr ṣdq w ḫlṣt w rwḥ
Translation
By Ns²l son of Bny and he found the writing of Ṣʿb and so he yearned and so O Lt [grant] a safe reunion of loved ones and a life in a good place to stay and [grant] deliverance and relief from adversity and uncertainty
