Interpretation

Commentary
The reading is from a hand-copy made by Dr Farouk Al-Rawi. It is possible the letter read as the first y is a q. There is also quite a wide gap between the first letter of the name and the ʿ. It is possible the inscription continues after the word s¹lm but the copy is unclear except for a h and l on the other side of some letters of RaIM 78130.2.
