- By Ṣʿb son of ʿḏ son of Tm son of ʿḏ son of Grmʾl and he built for his sons [the] shelter
Interpretation
- Commentary
- AbSWS 81 is another inscription by the same author, but with two fewer generations in the genealogy, saying the same thing. The translation here assumes the very common assimilation of the h- definite article to the -h suffix on bny-h. Note that the drawing here is of two dromedaries while the drawing beside AbSWS 81 is of a Bactrian camel.
