The antepenultimate glyph appears as a large oval with a thin line through it. It would be easy to ignore the line and read the symbol as a g or maybe an oversized ʿ. The former produces gtl, which is not a known name, or ʿtl which is found in 8 other inscriptions (OCIANA, 18/01/2025). However, it seems odd to read it that way because the ʿ variant 1 is usually much smaller and less ovular.
Therefore, it's more likely that the line is important and the symbol is actually a q, giving us the very common name qtl. After all, the line isn't that much thinner than the last l of the inscription.
