Interpretation

Commentary
The third letter of the author’s name is partially concealed by a modern Arabic inscription. The final letter of the verb ngʿ is concealed by scratching, but from the context a reading of ngʿ is very likely. The inscription by Rʿy is on the same stone, recorded as BES20 580. Josef Bloomfield
