- The ʿ and n seem to be connected and the ʿ is not enclosed. It is possible that the letter is just an unfinished ʿ and the author did not finish the inscription. Two other inscriptions by ymlk bn mʿn can be found in the immediate vicinity (BES20 1569; 1572) Josef Bloomfield
