Translation
By ʾnʿm son of {ʿqrb} son of ʾnʿm son of Ys¹ʿd son of {S¹ʿn} son of Ks¹ son of S¹hwt son of Mrʾ and he awaited the rains and O Bʿls¹mn [grant] {a change of circumstance} and throw he who would {efface} [this inscription} out of the grave

Interpretation

Commentary
The inscription is partially covered by a modern Arabic inscription. Most of the inscription is legible, but a number of letters are difficult to interpret.  Josef Bloomfield
