Interpretation

Commentary
The beginning of the inscription is buried and cannot be read. Only the tops of the first two visible letters can be seen in the photographs. The first fully visible letter seems to be a w. This seems to be followed by the vocative article and the deity name Rḍy. The apparent r has a very shallow curve and is intersected by the two horizontal lines of the ḍ to its left.
