Interpretation

Commentary
The inscriptions is scratched upon a stone, the surface of which has been damaged. The photograph here is the only photograph available that is in focus. There is a straight line before the lām auctoris. This may belong to another inscription. It seems unlikely that the letter is a n, belonging to bn hidden on another face of the stone. The first letter after ʿl- looks like a h, but given that ʾnʿm is a very common name, it seems likely that the diagonal line of the ʾ is concealed by the damage on the stone.
