This iscription was likely part of the core assemblage of mourning texts at the hill's summit. It was relocated to the bank, either in antiquity or more recently, for unknown reasons. Interestingly, its author, while participating in the construction of some strcuture, likely the cairn of Ẓʿn, used the opportunity to grieve for his sister and other lost, loved ones.
