OCIANA
Translation
By Ḥny son of S¹ḫr son of ʿbd son of ʾdm son of Ms¹k son of S²rb and he despaired of Rdf, his brother’s son, who was killed by/in an army, so, O Lt, he will have vengeance against the ones who {committed this act} and {destruction} be upon them!
